A shallow viewpoint given. The principles are correct however would be helpful to have more in depth discussion and examples. This was more like reading a horoscope.
But if you've never endeavored to think about self improvement this may be a good succinct start. Read this in about 15 min.

I need to refer back to this ebook more. I do not mean to sound like a bad person or that I am always in a bad mood, but I am. It is very easy to get on my nerves and once I am in my feelings, I stay there for a ridiculous amount of time. It is kind of pathetic. Part of my problem is that I am depressed so it is hard for me to get over things easily. However, the list of tips to stop being in a bad mood provided by this ebook have definitely helped me out. My favorite tip (and most helpful) is probably number fourteen try not to vent. We are all guilty of this, I am sure, but it speaks volumes. I definitely recommend this to people who tend to internalize their feelings or get angry easily. Anger at someone else is not worth your well-being.
The suggestions were typical. however it did help to remind me of what I have to do. It was like a refresher. Pick it up when your in a bad mood and it will change your mood.
This HAD to be written by a 4th grader as a joke. Nothing to learn here, folks. Worst $2.99 I've ever spent in my life!
This book is very helpful for anyone that sometimes find themselves in a bad mood, which usually results in them being mad or irritable. It offers suggestions on how to determine why you are in a bad mood and ways to fix it. Some of these ways include making sure you are hydrated and not hungry, making sure you are not too tired, and doing something fun and stress-free, like listening to music. Other tips suggest things like smiling, spending time with an animal or pet, or writing down things you are thankful for. I think these ideas would be a good exercise for me when I am feeling irritable, to make me sit down and think about things for a moment and calm down. I also think this would be great for anyone that has noticed that they are often irritable, and would like to know how they can stop it.
This book is great if you can't seem to get out of the slump you are in. First the author helps you learn to identify why you are in the bad mood (whether it be angry, frustrated, sad, upset, etc.) and then walks you through 17 easy to follow steps to lift your spirits. They are great bits of advice for every person, no matter how down you have become. The tips include explanations of why they will help as well as some tips on how to go about some of them. Steps include things like eating, relaxing, avoiding violet behaviors, smiling, making a list of things you are thankful for and more.
Despite at the time that I purchased this book there is a grammatical error on the cover, the book itself is very well written and easy to follow.
